Safer Supervision

This one-day course will explore what diligence looks like in real life. We will go into your actual example of challenges in the workplace, and conduct mock inspections and investigations to practice some of the skills taught.

This course will help your organization qualify toward its COR requirement for having provided “Supervisor Training” regardless of which industry you work in.

It is a good practice to provide refresher training, however it’s not mandatory for this topic.

We budget for a full day of training. In some cases, we may finish a bit earlier. Regardless of the duration, all topics are fully explored and covered.
