Why we don't lead with a list of courses

Running a training business

What is the list of courses you teach? I get asked this question a couple of times each week... unfortunately the answer isn't what people want to hear. There is a VERY small "list" of courses I teach on a regular basis, however, what we EXCEL at are the things that cannot be put into a ready-made list.

We design instruction (generally in-person instruction) and deliver instruction... based on a desired outcome, not based on a list of courses. If an organization has workers that need to improve performance, supervisors that need to learn how to mentor, management that needs to learn how to train future leaders... that's what we do.

Regardless of anyones "list" of courses, it would be wonderful to see organizations focus on WHY they're getting training vs. the WHAT they're getting for training.
