Value vs. Price A few months ago, an instructor candidate joined one of our programs. They’d already been certified through another training company, but they were curious. They wanted to see if our courses & material really was better. After the course, they had their answer.
When they returned to work, their employer told them to keep using the competitor’s program because it was cheaper. The instructor refused. Their exact words were: “Over my dead body. We’re teaching with Haland Learning materials — or I’m not teaching at all.” That kind of loyalty doesn’t come from marketing or price points.
It comes from alignment — when someone sees the depth of the content, feels the integrity behind it, and decides that’s the standard they want to represent. There’s always a cheaper option. But when you’ve experienced real quality, cheap starts to feel expensive. “Price is what you pay. Value is what people will fight for.”
