At Haland Learning, we’ve made it clear that: We do not support the practice of withholding training certificates from students. If that’s part of how you operate, we’re simply not the right training partner for you. We’ve lost instructors over this stance — and we’re perfectly fine with that.
If a student has met the course requirements, they’ve earned their certificate. Full stop. Using certificates as leverage for payment, paperwork, or politics undermines the integrity of the training and the credibility of everyone involved.
Our instructors are expected to hold a higher standard — one based on ethics, transparency, and respect for learners. That’s not always the easy road, but it’s the right one. If you share that philosophy, we’d be proud to work with you. If you don’t — we’ll gladly wish you well on your way.
