Last night I had the opportunity to facilitate a quick 45 minute online session in How to Deliver Engaging Training to the Canadian Society of Safety Engineering membership.
We started the session by getting participants to "choose their own adventure" by running a live poll with more than 70 people participating. This allowed us to customize the session based on THEIR needs, not my own.
We managed to squeeze in the first 3 topics. It was a TON of fun, and if anyone is interested in an online workshop or series of workshops on this topic... let me know. Thanks to the organizer for helping it all come together, and thanks to the Alberta Municipal Health and Safety Association (AMHSA) for the tech support services :)
