Instructor development

We used to believe the myth “it takes 10,000 to become a master at a given skill.” Then we learned that it’s not the VOLUME of time, but the TYPE of time that’s invested. This is why a big part of our instructor training focuses on developing an effective self-feedback system.

  1. Increases the instructor candidates sense of autonomy.
  2. Increases their willingness to listen to the instructor trainers feedback, as we ONLY add feedback that’s differs from their self observation. And in many cases, we have nothing else to add because they’ve done such a good job at reflecting.
