Course material should not remain static

Course designSafety standards and complianceFall protection

Some of the things occurring with our existing Fall Protection User course:

  • Evolving learning activities to produce better results
  • Revising assessments to remove ambiguity
  • Improving accessibility
  • Updating activities for clarity
  • Re-organizing for better flow
  • Raising the bar to meet 3rd party standards
  • ... and more.

Note: Meeting 3rd party standards is LAST on this list. All changes in any course should (in my opinion) stem from the perspective of helping the participants learn/perform better. That's it. Content for the sake of contents' sake has to go.
