Telehandler Operator's Daily Checklist

Telehandler Forklift · Interactive Form

This check must be made by the truck operator daily at the start of the shift.

The employer must keep a record for at least two years of any defect. Copy or print the record at the bottom and file it.

Private to you. Your answers stay on this device. There is no form to submit here and nothing is sent to Haland Learning or anyone else. They are kept in this browser so you do not lose them, and Clear everything wipes them.

Notes

Anything else worth recording

Use this for what the checks above do not cover. A noise that started today, a repair you are waiting on, who you took the machine over from. It prints with the rest of the form.

What prints

This is the record itself, not this page with the buttons hidden. It fills in as you work through the checks above, so you can see the sheet before you commit paper to it.
